I miss alot of important time with family and friends. Miss being present. I miss events and functions. Just know it's part of a greater design. While I may fail in one area, I am serving in another. People often don't understand the life of healthcare professionals, even the people who should, because they know the calling on your life. But believe me, we know what we miss, AND the sacrifice we make. But the review above, and the hugs I get from my patients and families when I discharge them or let them know I won't be on the next day, let me know I am fulfilling my God given purpose.
That is all. That review just has me in my feelings a little. The feelings some say I don't even have. I pray that you are blessed enough to know your purpose and be able to live it as I am.
