When I created Soulistic Essentials, I envisioned a space where Black people could access healing resources designed specifically for us. My approach is similar to sisters gathering for tea or family reconnecting after time apart. While this may be unfamiliar in the world of mental health in this country, I am reaching back to the ways our ancestors healed 👩🏾‍🌾👩🏾‍🏫🤴🏾🫅🏾🧙🏾‍♀️🐞leaning on community, honoring individual gifts and talents, and embracing the power of spirituality, wisdom, culture, and the fruits of the land. This is what holistic wellness means to me, and I look forward to building a community that reflects this vision.
