Dr. Shenelle Wilson is a fellowship-trained urologist, urogynecologist and pelvic surgeon who specializes in urinary and s*xual health issues in adults. If you have symptoms, look at your diet and bowel habits (you should have at least one large BM 3-4 times a week). Ladies 40 and over, ask your provider for 💦

Changing these things may not eliminate your symptoms so speak with your provider if they persist. There are many treatments available for OAB 😊
