✨ Spotlighting Koko Njonjo ✨

Impact doesn’t always show up in big, flashy moments.
Sometimes, it looks like steady progress, growing confidence, and a child doing one more thing independently than they could yesterday.

That’s what drew Koko to ABA-and what continues to fuel her passion every day.

She entered this field to make a meaningful difference for children building communication and daily living skills. What keeps her going is watching small, consistent steps add up to real independence. The kind that changes how a child moves through the world-and how a family experiences everyday life.

Koko’s work is rooted in patience, purpose, and the belief that progress is powerful, even when it’s quiet.

We’re proud to have team members like Koko, whose dedication helps children-and families-navigate life with greater confidence.

Thank you, Koko, for the care, consistency, and heart you bring to your work every day. 💙

Practice Gratitude Intentionally 🙏

Gratitude isn’t just a feeling.
It’s a behavior we model.

A simple thank you builds connection, boosts morale, and reminds people their work matters. 🫶

In ABA, progress is never a solo effort.
It’s created through collaboration, consistency, and shared commitment.🤝

Tip of the week: Thank someone today who helped move things forward - a learner🧠, a family member🏡, or a teammate.💪

At Amaze ABA, we value every person behind the progress. Big and small! 💫

Gratitude in the Work We Do

🙏 This work isn’t always easy - but it is deeply meaningful.

Every learner who tries again.
Every family who places their trust in you.
Every teammate who shows up beside you.

There is so much to be grateful for - even in the midst of challenges.

As the month comes to a close, take a moment to recognize the impact you’re part of.
You’re making a difference. And that matters.✨

Lead With Compassion 💗

Challenging moments are part of the work - for learners, families, and providers. What matters most is how we respond. 💬

Compassion creates safety, and safety creates space for growth. 🌱

Before reacting, take a short pause and ask: What would empathy look like right now? 🤔

That pause can shift frustration into understanding and stress into collaboration. 🫶

💡 Tip of the week:
In your next difficult moment, consciously choose compassion first - with a client, a caregiver, or a teammate.

At Amaze ABA, compassion isn’t separate from clinical excellence - it’s central to it. Together, we make ABA human. ❤️

Lead with Compassion. Lead with Impact. 💙

ABA runs on science, but it thrives on heart.

Compassion isn’t just a feeling - it’s a tool.
It builds safety.
It earns trust.
It sparks real, lasting growth.

Every choice you make - every session, every team interaction, every example you set - is an opportunity to lead with heart.

This week, don’t just work - inspire.
Don’t just guide - empower.
Let compassion drive every action, and watch the impact ripple farther than you imagined. 🫶

Reinforcement Is Everywhere 🌎

Reinforcement doesn’t only happen during sessions. It happens in relationships.

A smile. 😁
Patience in a tough moment. 😌
Encouragement when someone feels stuck. 🙏

In ABA, we understand the power of reinforcement, and that power extends to how we support families and teammates. The way we show up shapes trust, morale, and growth. 🤝

Tip of the week:
Be intentional with reinforcement this week.
Reinforce your clients. Reinforce your teammates.
Reinforce the effort - not just the outcome. 💪

You Are the Reinforcer

Data tells part of the story, but you are a big part of the change. 🔄

Your patience.
Your encouragement.
Your calm presence when things feel hard. 😌

Those moments shape trust, confidence, and progress in ways that can’t always be measured.

Never forget:
Who you are in the room matters just as much as what you do.
And your impact reaches further than you realize. 🫶

Reconnect With Your “Why”❔

Why did you choose this field?
Why do you continue to show up - even on the challenging days? 💭

In the rhythm of ABA work - data collection, goals, documentation, and meetings - it’s easy to lose sight of what brought us here.

But purpose fuels persistence. When we stay connected to our “why,” our work stays meaningful, not mechanical. 🤖

Tip this week: Write your “why” down and keep it visible this week. Share it with a teammate or reflect on it before a session.

At Amaze ABA, we believe the strongest care happens when science and heart work together - data guided by compassion creates lasting impact. ❤️🌱

Why We Started✨

💡 A new year is a reminder - not of what we need to fix, but of why we began.

You chose this work because you believed in growth, connection, and the power of showing up for someone who needs you.❤️

Even on the hard days.
Even when progress feels slow.

Your “why” is still there - steady, meaningful, and evident in the lives you touch every day.
Carry it with you as you step into this new year. 🫶

It has been a very meaningful year.

Our team really connected deeper and the real progress of the year was the synergy we built together. 💪

We reached amazing levels of collaboration and each department and all of our providers really showed up with intention, trust, and team work.

We are especially thankful that we were able to bring on more case managers - this allowed us to maintain a personalized experience for our clients and their families while upholding the highest level of professionalism.

Entering the new year, we already have started to incorporate new technology to streamline our backend processes, creating more space to focus on our relationships and ensure everyone is receiving the best services possible.

We are grateful for this past year's progress, and look forward to another year of connection, growth, and making a meaningful difference together. 🫶

Tip Tuesday:
Be Present Enough to Notice the Good 🧘🫶

In ABA, presence isn’t just showing up - it’s noticing what matters.
The subtle attempts.
The quiet progress.
The small wins that are easy to miss.

This week’s tip:
Pause for 10 intentional seconds before responding.
Use that moment to observe the behavior, the emotion, and the effort behind it.

When we slow down, we respond with more intention, support families more thoughtfully, and collaborate more effectively as a team. 🤝💚

At Amaze ABA, purposeful presence helps us build trust, deliver quality care, and keep our work human.
