My story in a nutshell

I’ve worked in some capacity serving people and their health for 15 years. I practice massage therapy at a wellness center and occupational therapy at a hospital, and it’s a cool bonus that the two disciplines inform the practice of one another. I also use Reiki during massage and in separate sessions with my clients. As an occupational therapist, I’ve gotten to work with patients with such a variety of illnesses, disabilities and challenges - acute, chronic, progressive.. This has really opened my eyes to the suffering as well as victories in the spectrum of health and wellness, and has made me a better therapist, and a more empathetic human.

I take this knowledge, experience and wisdom into my massage sessions. This service gives me the opportunity to provide a totally different kind of therapeutic experience - one that is grounding and relaxing. My style is integrated massage, working in various techniques and stretching to give the best massage for the client’s needs. I’m excited to say that I’ve recently added Oncology Massage to my practice.
