After pregnancy and breast tissue loss, this patient wanted her pre-baby fullness restored. A lift alone would have improved position, but would not have recreated the upper pole roundness she was missing!

We performed an addition-subtraction mastopexy augmentation — removing loose, ptotic native breast tissue and replacing that volume with an implant. The result: a similar overall size, but with a lifted shape, restored fullness, and more youthful upper contour. ✨
