A lot of folks don’t realize this, but food is medicine.
Every bite you take is either helping your body heal or slowly wearing it down. Whether you’re conscious of it or not—your food is either working for you or against you.
That realization hit me early. I tried it all—vegan, vegetarian, keto, paleo. I studied, I traveled, I even got clowned for being “too healthy.” Folks assumed I was a picky eater or just doing the most.
But really? I was paying attention.
I saw food for what it really is: a tool for healing. A way to take your power back.
