At Cass County Fitness, our members always come first. During a time of need for another Personal Trainer last summer, Candace Lamson stepped up to support our gym, and we want everyone to know she is part of the CCF team. We are thankful for her professionalism, flexibility, and commitment to our members.

"Hello, I'm Candace Lamson, wife and a mom of an 8yr old little girl that keeps me busy, along several animals. I work full time in the ER as a monitor tech and currently in RN school. I worked for several years at Genesis Primecare here in Atlanta as a medical scribe and a medical assistant before going back to school for my RN. I have an Associates degree in Business Administration in Healthcare. My certifications include certified medical assistant, certified electronic health records specialist, and recently received my personal trainer and Nutritionist certification through ISSA. I currently instruct group workout classes around town over the last 6yrs and enjoy helping others improve their health. I am excited to get to know you and would love to be a part of your health and fitness journey!"

What CAN'T these two accomplish?!!! Talk about a power couple, Blake and Erica are a dynamic duo that never quits, never gives up and never lets anything get in the way of their workout times! They have been a member of CCF for over 4 years and we can't say enough GREAT things about them! Congrats to our December 2025 Members of the Month! What a great way to close out 2025!

Happy New Year! As we step into a new year, my heart is so full of gratitude for each and every one of you. Because of you, your commitment, your encouragement, your consistency, we’re proud to be opening our second location this February, and that is something we do not take lightly.
This gym is more than walls and equipment. It’s early mornings, familiar faces, high-fives after tough workouts, and a community that shows up for one another. You are the heart of Cass County Fitness, and everything we’re building is because of your support and belief in us.
