We provide no out of pocket nursing assistance for children and young adults 21 and under whom may have significant physical or developmental disabilities. Many of our families are surprised to hear of approval within 30 days.

GHI Life Sharing is excited to attend the Franklin County Fall Festival and Health Fair this upcoming weekend! This FREE event is perfect for families, featuring health screenings, fun activities, and so much more.

Bring your loved ones, get some important health information, and enjoy the festivities! We’ll be there to share resources on in-home care options through Medicaid GAPP for medically fragile children and young adults.
