Just a bit about myself and how I came to realize the power of Energy and how it is indeed in Everything we do! In 2015, I was emotionally dealing with having a partner that I lost from suicide. Additionally, I had been battling "the perfect storm" with PTSD (prior military and domestic/sexual abuse). While seeing counselors was helpful, I seemed to be “stuck” in reliving past injuries as opposed to thriving and moving forward in life. It is then I began research for a consistent tool or tools to grow…. I began studying Energy and how everything IS made up of energy; I began studying Energy In Motion (EmoTrance Energy) and became an Emotrance Practitioner. Thus, I began to rebuild the very pathways that send signals to my brain, which is made up of ENERGY! No matter where you are in life’s journey, if you find yourself stuck or simply wish for a more positive growth and to live life more fully, establishing a good Energy Foundation is key in gaining you access to that which you desire. On December 8, 1945, Lester Flatt and Earl Scruggs performed together on the Grand Ole Opry for the first time as members of Bill Monroe's Blue Grass Boys. That is considered the birth of Bluegrass music as we know it. Happy birthday, Bluegrass music!
