The Aguirre Center for Inclusive Psychotherapy is a distinguished psychology practice providing exceptional Individual, Relationship, and Group Psychotherapy in-person and online. We firmly believe that change and healing is possible and that each person has the innate capacity to grow and lead a more fulfilling a life. Our practice is s*x-positive, trauma-informed, weight-inclusive, and affirming of folks from LGBTQ+, Kink, and Polyamory/Consensual Non-Monogamy communities. Clinical Specialties include: depression, PTSD/trauma recovery, race-based stress & trauma, anxiety, perfectionism, s*x therapy, women’s issues, s*xual and gender identity concerns, and working with over-functioning professionals and executives. The Aguirre Center for Inclusive Psychotherapy is growing, and we’re excited to welcome two new clinicians to our collaborative, values-driven team.

1️⃣ Bilingual Therapist (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW)
• Expertise working with adults and one of the following:
– Couples/Relationships or
– Children & Adolescents
• Full-time or part-time opportunities
• Minimum of 2 in-person client days per week

2️⃣ Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
• Fully licensed and PSYPACT-eligible
• Expertise working with adult individuals and Couples/Relationships
• Full-time or part-time opportunities
• Flexible work model: 100% telehealth or hybrid (telehealth + in-person)

Healing is not about speed, but about progress.

In therapeutic work, meaningful change is rarely linear or rapid. Healing involves gradual shifts in insight, emotional regulation, relational patterns, and nervous system responses. Progress may look subtle—greater self-awareness, increased tolerance for distress, or more flexible coping—but these changes are clinically significant.

Sustainable healing prioritizes integration over urgency and depth over pace.
