✨January 17th - 23rd Weekly Message✨

Some of us could be learning a lot from children this week or connecting to our inner child. We could also be revisiting old passions or figuring new ways to approach our ventures. These ventures will speak to things we have always wanted to do, things that truly light us up and speak to us on a soul level.

Allow yourself to be vulnerable this week, as it has the opportunity to nourish your spirit far more than any fear of vulnerability is able to. This vulnerability, this outward expression of freedom & truth... it will attract those in your life who see your light, and shine it right back to you.

There is energy here of connecting with new people who feel like old friends, or.. old friends who feel like new people.
A change has taken place to bring forth more aligned connections.

✨Week of January 10th - 16th✨

This may feel like a slow week, as we are gathering our thoughts and feelings from the last week. We may have come into strong breakthroughs and activations in many ways and are now taking our time to allow it to culminate & integrate, so that we can cultivate with this newfound perception.

We may find ourselves a little disconnected from others, not wanting to be very talkative or social with others. There may be a lot of reading or studying or refinement of self in a multitude of ways that we are focusing on this week.

Be sure to maintain your connection with self. Stay grounded through this energy and don’t get too into your head that you are out of your body.

Speaking of “out of your body”, there is indication of having very vivid dreams this week and I feel that they will contain prominent messages and insight for your forward movement.

💚“Spiritual Prescription” for this Week’s Energy💚

🧿 - Allow space for Rest, if you need it.

🧿 - Breathwork, or general conscious breathing. Holotropic Breathing is a technique that I have been using lately.

🧿 - Quiet time. Just listen. Listen to your spirit, your ancestors. To nature.

🧿 - if you can, connect your barefeet to the earth or your hands in the soil of a houseplant.

Color Breathing is is an amazingly simple yet highly effective healing technique. Every color holds a particular vibration that invokes an energy signature based on the color. This ideology even goes down to the colors we wear or have around us often, or what our favorite color says about us. Color Breathing is a way to infuse your spiritual practices with the energy of color and intersecting it with the power of breath. Our breath serves as our baseline. It assists us in redirection of energy, cleansing, empowering and is the essence of our life on earth therefore, it holds immense power when we breathe consciously.

This is not at all an exhaustive list of colors or uses to work with! Literally any color on the spectrum is at your service.
I encourage you all to tune into the vibration of the color and determine what it means for you specifically and how you can best benefit from its energy.

Become conscious in your breathing and visualize these sacred light forms flowing gracefully in and out of your vessel.

✨Week of January 3rd - 9th✨

Many of us will be allowing our higher guidance to lead us into a new self construct. “Do whatever you can to change” is a phrase that spirit channelled to me. Forgetting who or what you thought you were and becoming who you actually are. Freeing yourself. Cleansing remnants of old patterns and beliefs and allowing them to all disintegrate into the fires that spark your truth. Even you don’t believe those things anymore, so why continue to uphold them? What is your new paradigm saying? What are you aligning with in this here and now?

Making connections among aspects of us is prominent as well. Inner child connecting to ancestral self. Highest self connecting to earthly self. Your darkness and your light. All coming into unison. Coming into wholeness.

When our entire being is on the same accord, we are less likely to question our movement. We trust.

Feeling yourself shifting and coming into a whole new frequency. Allow it. Receive it. Be it. Be you.

Medicine for this Week’s energy:

🧿 Spiritual Baths. Reciting Psalm 51 verses 6-10 are my favorite to work with when doing cleansing baths. (I am not religious however, the book of psalms is one of the most powerful book of spells... I’ll be going deeper into that on another post!)

🧿Try automatic writing, whatever comes to mind write. Don’t judge yourself, simply be with yourself and see what comes from you.
