I’ve been away for a while, working on some things that are deeply meaningful to me.

One of them being an offering that I want to share with you!

I’ve been on a journey of deepening into my role as womb/cycle wellness mentor and women’s health educator and I’m hosting my first class series this May!

This is a 3-Class Series about
Menstrual Wellness, Womb Wisdom and Learning How To Chart Your Cycle!

This class is perfect for you if you are interested in a natural form of birth control that does not require a medication, want to learn about hormonal balance, if you experience PCOS, PMS, or any other reproductive health concern or just want to empower yourself with more knowledge about your overall female health from a holistic perspective!
