Today we showed Atlanta how it’s done! This incredible group of teachers and students came together to march in the Atlanta Pride Parade and remind our city you can move and breathe with pride every single day! From building our own float to making up parade choreography to singing along to our playlist, it was pure community perfection.

Thanks for all the love and support along the route today, Atlanta. We love you and hope you’re proud to live loudly as yourself today and every day! 🌈🩵✨

Yesterday we kicked off the lead up to Atlanta Pride with Stretch with Pride with Whitney 🩵🌈. This was a late-night Super Stretch filled with 🌈 people and allies to hold each other and continue to celebrate each other’s uniqueness. Whitney weaved a beautiful container of space for us to relax into.

We concluded on retreat to Lake Atitlán yesterday, and it was such an incredible journey. Curated with the careful hands of Nathalie & Nick, this Jivamukti Journey guided us through practices that help us find Stillness, even while In Motion.

This group is bonded forever and we are forever grateful for the team at — who took care of us, and with such reverence to the culture around us.

These healing waters changed each of us, and we can’t wait for the next one.

So grateful for this group and the way they held each other 🩵.

We are so thrilled that our studio has a spot in the Atlanta Pride Parade this year! As one of the largest queer-owned studios in Georgia, we’re honored to be a part of this annual event and remind everyone you can move and be exactly as you are on and off your mat!

And, best of all, we’re opening it up to any of our Warriors who want to walk and be a part of the fun! The parade’s October 12 and we’ll have a decorated truck and a team of walkers alongside it. We’d love to have you as part of it too! We’ve even got special Pride-themed M3 shirts ready to go!

🛑STOP🛑

When is the last time you just stopped? Stopped and took a few deep breaths? Do it now.

Mindfulness doesn’t need to be fancy. Moving about the world intentionally can be cultivated with the faculties you already have. 💫

In our yoga classes, we aim to facilitate a space to explore those faculties, so ultimately, you realize everything comes from within.🧘🏾‍♀️

So those moments of stopping and breathing become more frequent, more intentional. 😮‍💨

Tonight was ✨ magical ✨ Amy led an incredible Fall Equinox Hot Power Flow and Yin class. We started with a vinyasa practice and landed like a falling lead into a restorative juicy yin sequence.

Class moved circularly to honor the cyclical nature of our constantly changing environment and selves. Thank you to all the Warriors who showed up and shed a part of themselves to enter a new season with us.
