Achievements ABA Therapy Achievements ABA Therapy: Top Quality Autism Services in Arizona, Georgia and North Carolina! We believe that your child can achieve and succeed!!

ABA therapy is a behavioral therapy based on the science of behavior analytic studies. ABA therapy can increase language and communication skills, improve social and functional daily living skills, and decrease problem behaviors. Our therapy is adapted to meet the individual needs of your child and can be provided at home, at school, or in the community. We teach skills that are helpful and useful in your child’s everyday life.

WOW — what an incredible day in Atlanta! 💚

Our team had the opportunity to participate in an Autism Virtual Reality Experience, and it left a lasting impact. The simulation allowed staff to feel the sensory input, hear the overwhelming sounds, and experience how everyday environments can become intensely challenging. It was powerful, eye-opening, and deeply meaningful.

We then continued the day together with a showing of Temple Grandin, bringing everything full circle and deepening our understanding even more.

Because we rotated through in small groups, we couldn’t capture one big team photo — but the impact was definitely shared by everyone.

At Achievements ABA Therapy, we believe great care starts with understanding. Experiences like this strengthen empathy, expand clinical perspective, and ultimately help us better support the children and families we serve.

Thank you to Amy Karnes for coordinating such a meaningful experience and to Paige Commander for inspiring the initiative. We’re grateful for a team that continually looks for ways to grow and serve with empathy.

More highlights to come!

Black history is American history.

This month, we celebrate the contributions, resilience, and leadership of Black individuals who have paved the way—and those who continue to lead, advocate, and inspire every day.

We’re grateful to be part of a community that values diversity, equity, and inclusion in meaningful ways. 🖤

We’re so excited for Empathy in Action Day with our team 💛
Our team will be taking part in an Autism Awareness Day that begins with an immersive virtual reality experience, followed by a movie screening of Temple Grandin—a powerful way to deepen understanding, empathy, and connection.
After sharing this event, so many people reached out asking to join from outside our company that we decided to rent out the theatre for an additional showing and open it to the community.
We’re thrilled to invite ABA professionals, BCBAs, RBTs, and parents of children with autism to attend this special screening.

🎬 Empathy in Action Day – Part 2 💛

After stepping into the world of autism through our immersive virtual reality experience, we’re coming together for Part 2 of Empathy in Action Day—a staff movie outing to watch Temple Grandin.

This powerful film brings lived experience, perspective, and inspiration to life, deepening our understanding of the individuals and families we support every day.

Grateful for a team that shows up with open hearts, curiosity, and a commitment to empathy—not just in words, but in action. 💫

✨ “Children learn more from who you are than from what you teach.” ✨

Your patience.
Your kindness.
Your consistency.

Children absorb how we show up — how we speak, listen, and respond — long before they remember the lessons we try to explain. The example we set becomes the lesson that lasts. 💛

🌟 Meet Our Arizona Regional Director — Simone Holland! 🌟

We’re proud to introduce Simone Holland as our Regional Director in Arizona! 🌵💙

Simone is a native of Arizona who moved to North Carolina and built herself up through hard work, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to clinical excellence — ultimately stepping into the role of Clinical Lead of North Carolina. Now, she’s coming full circle, moving back to Arizona and stepping into her new role as Regional Director, leading our teams and supporting families across the state.

Her journey is a true reflection of growth, dedication, and heart — and we couldn’t be more excited to have her lead this next chapter for Achievements ABA Therapy.

Arizona, please join us in welcoming Simone home! 🎉

“Life’s most persistent and urgent question is: What are you doing for others?”
— Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Today, we honor Dr. King’s legacy by recommitting ourselves to service, compassion, and meaningful impact. At Achievements ABA Therapy, this question guides our work every day — in how we support children, families, and one another.
