Employee Spotlight: Lynn Rodriguez, MS, LBA, BCBA 🌟

This week we’re celebrating the incredible work of Lynn Rodriguez, one of our dedicated BCBAs here at Achievements!

🎓 Lynn earned her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Kaplan University (2013–2017). Since then, she has poured her heart into supporting children and families with skill, compassion, and professionalism.

💡 Known for her gifted clinical insight, Lynn is also bilingual, allowing her to connect with even more families in meaningful ways. Her clients and colleagues alike appreciate her dedication, creativity, and the genuine care she brings to every interaction.
