Here are some simple strategies to help clear the haze:
✔️ Ensure 7-8 hours of peaceful sleep each night
✔️ Eat a nutritious, anti-inflammatory diet packed with fruits, veggies, and whole grains
✔️ Drink enough water and stay physically active
✔️ Lower stress and avoid highly processed foods

Protecting your mental clarity is crucial at every age. If brain fog starts interfering with your life or safety, don’t hesitate to seek a professional evaluation. Taking action early really matters! 🩺✨

Looking to boost your energy and feel your best each day? Start by nourishing your body with the right foods! Aim to fill half your plate with a variety of colorful fruits and vegetables—whether they’re fresh, frozen, or canned. Opt for whole grains like quinoa, oatmeal, or whole grain bread to maintain lasting energy. For protein, include options like fish, chicken, beans, nuts, or seeds, and try to cut back on red and processed meats. Use healthy oils such as olive or canola sparingly, and choose low-fat dairy whenever possible. Remember to hydrate with water and avoid sugary beverages.

Making these smart food choices can help you stay energized and support lifelong health.
