As the creator of ChiroJunky, my journey began when I realized something startling—many patients had never encountered a Black chiropractor before. This was surprising to me because my network was filled with brilliant Black chiropractors, mentors, and colleagues. I knew we needed to change this narrative.
What started as a simple directory, “Black Chiropractors Near Me-Atlanta,” has now grown into a nationwide platform with over 200 Black chiropractors listed on chirojunky.com. My mission is to promote chiropractic care within Black and minority communities, ensuring that chiropractic becomes a mainstream healthcare practice for all families.
But ChiroJunky is more than just a directory. We’re fostering a sense of community among Black chiropractors and allies, hosting events, health fairs, and college fairs to expand our reach.
Culture and Chiropractic II is one of our upcoming initiatives—an event inspired by the vibrant, celebratory atmosphere of Black alumni receptions at Life University. We’ve partnered with Diversify Chiropractic, Inc. to create a diverse, inclusive event that brings together professionals from various fields to celebrate the power of unity in chiropractic.
