New month, new goals!
31 days back to health!!!
Iโm challenging all my girlies to get back in health this month! For 31 days we are:
1. Wearing our waist trainers at least 4-8 hours per day
2. Aim to drink one gallon of water (at least a half gallon)
3. NO SUGAR, FAST FOOD, JUNK FOOD!!
4. At least 30 min of exercise 4-5 days!!!
Starting TODAY!
