Our Services
Our services include chiropractic treatment including physical therapy modalities such as interferential muscle stimulation, heat packs, cold packs, neuromuscular massage, massage tables and nutritional therapy. As a Chiropractic Orthopedist, Dr. Talley is an expert in treating not only neck and back pain, but also problems in the shoulders, knee's, ankles and elbows. As an Applied Kinesiologist, Dr. Talley has extensive training in hands on techniques to facilitate weak muscles to correct structural imbalances for more lasting results. Included in this training is nutritional counseling, when desired, to maximize your quality of life, decrease recovery time and assist in dealing with most common ailments in a natural drug-free way!!
Care Philosophy
We treat each person as the unique individual they are and carefully evaluate your particular condition including history and examination. We make a cocnsistent effort to be efficient with your care and treatment. X-rays are taken only if needed and additional therapies including nutrition, traction, muscle stimulation and massage are always optional. Every patient is provided self-help exercises, strategies and home therapy to be active participants in their own recovery. The literal meaning of doctor is teacher! We take that to heart and want to share our knowlege of natural health with you ! We are happy to communicate with your other healthcare professionals to coodinate your care.
Morningside Chiropractic was founded by Dr. Ron Weinstein in 1988 on Monroe Drive. I joined,and subsequently purchased the practice in 1990. Doris Weinstein ran the front desk and Frances Miller soon came to help out. Hariett Johnson has been here over 20 years at the front desk and Ruth Corbett has been my assistant and general office manager for over 10 years!!
