In her caption She said, she prayed for a good man and God sent him to her at the perfect time. Then 3 months after making this post, he had her k!lled…
This story will always bother me.
Because sometimes people don’t even realize they’re sleeping next to the enemy. Someone can be right beside you, smiling, supporting, praying with you and privately harboring resentment, jealousy, and ill intent.
The caption says love.
The reality was something very different.
This man was benefiting from her proximity, her access, her business, her vision all while internally unraveling. Jealousy doesn’t always look loud. Sometimes it looks quiet, present, and “supportive.”
That’s the part people don’t want to talk about.
Not everyone who claps for you wants you to win.
Not everyone who stays close is safe.
And not everyone who eats from your table is grateful.
This isn’t about fear, it’s about discernment. About protecting your spirit, your work, and your peace. About understanding that success can expose things in people you never imagined.
Be mindful of who you bring into your inner world.
Love should never require you to ignore your intuition.
Sometimes the danger isn’t outside.
It’s already inside the room.
