Today’s Message:

Out of fear of being shamed & rejected for who they truly are some men use hypermasculinity & hypersexuality as a mechanism of protection. Designed to mask their true individuality. Designed to keep them from truly being seen. Designed to build a wall of protection for their wounded inner child.

These behaviors are performative based. Rooted in fear of abandoned and rejection. Utilized to demand the validation and respect of being seen as a “Man” vs developing the behaviors, character, integrity, morals and values that are becoming of a “Man”

Today’s Message:

Unfortunately when many of you get into relationships, expecially marriages, you become very entitled and take what you have for granted.

You forget the manners and gratitude our elders taught us…

You no longer say things like: Thank you, Can you please, You are welcome, I appreciate you for doing…

You no longer ask people to do things for you, you now tell them to do things for you…

You don’t ask for the things you want and need but you complain about not having the things you want and need…

You don’t ask for the things you want and need but you throw temper tantrums, huff and puff, roll your eyes, stump your feet, fold your arms up, or ball your fist up when you don’t automatically receive them…

To be better, I encourage you to revisit these statements our elders use to tell us:

“Nobody owes you nothing”

“You gotta ask for what you want, can’t nobody read your mind but God”

“Give people their flowers while they are living, don’t wait until they are dead”

“Treat People, how you want to be treated”

Married or not, if you are mean, angry or nice
-nasty and mistreat your partner, they are not going to want to lay up with you!!!

The more self love you lack; the more loose you are with your heart and body.

Let’s get into Therapy and work on that in 2026‼️

Today’s Message:

As a Leader of your Team, Your Home, and Your Family, you cannot be passive, passive aggressive or aggressive in your communication and decision making.

You must be Assertive.

If not, you will loose the respect of those who look to you to lead and guide them.

Today’s Message:

Love and Pain don’t live in the same home.

Love and Pain don’t eat at the same dinner table.

Pain might stop by..

But Love will never invite Pain over and neither will love give pain a seat at the table.

Pain might even make a plate..

But Love will always make sure that plate is made to GO!!

Today’s Message:

Contrary to popular belief, men are emotionally driven just like women.

Many of us men just lack the self awareness and language to identify, understand and express those emotions.

As a result, we do not always make decisions out of wisdom.

An example of this is a married man cheating ng. Cheating is one of the most emotionally driven decision a married man can make.

Any married man who cheats, is being driven by his emotions, therefore he lacks wisdom.

What is Wisdom?

Wisdom is your emotional mind and logical mind collaboratively work together, to make an informed (Wise) decision.

Those who struggle with accountability also struggle with comprehending the meaning of “cause & effect” and “actions & reactions”

Today’s Message:

When Dating…

Try not to be:

“Im looking for someone to make me happy”

Try to be:

“Im looking to connect my happiness to someone else’s happiness”

Things to consider:

If you can’t bring happiness with you, then you are not ready to be dating.

Happiness is something we are meant to bring to the relationship.

It is not something we are meant to gain from the relationship.

It is something we experience within the relationship.

Today’s Message:

In order to have healthy-thriving relationships, you must stop being passive, passive aggressive or aggressive with your communication. You must learn how to be assertive.

The easiest way to understand how to be assertive is by following the rule below:

“Say what you mean, mean what you say, just don’t say it in a mean way”

Things to consider:

-You are not responsible for how people respond to the truth…

-You’re only responsible for giving them the truth with honey (compassion) and not with vinegar (contempt)

According to a new study by Neuroscientists, what we have been recently taught about the age of adulthood has been wrong…

This current study shows that brain development and ageing undergo five separate phases:

Childhood – from birth to age 9
Adolescence – from 9 to 32
Adulthood – from 32 to 66
Early ageing – from 66 to 83
Late ageing – from 83 and up
