Join us for a fun challenge to deepen your practice and connection with your Sati community!
Bingo challenge starts on July 1st and goes through August 1st.
Here are the rules:
1) Must have an active membership or class pack through Sati (not ClassPass)
2) Cannot knock out two birds with one stone ie. Sati Flow with Rue counts as either a Sati Flow class OR Class with Rue
3) Complete 2 rows and win a free soundbath!
4) A completed full card enters you in a drawing for one free month even if you have a membership. There will be 3 winners total!

When we experience times of uncertainty, it is easy to lose hope. But during a yoga class today, wisely reminded us that many things are temporary but hope is constant. It is the catalyst for change and progress towards a brighter future. Let us all keep hope in hearts that we will continue to move towards a world where all beings are happy and free.

Learn How to Use Mindfulness to Achieve Your Goals 🧘🏽‍♂️

We all know what it’s like to make a New Year's resolution and give it up by February. In this class, Kristen will use guided meditation and mindfulness techniques to teach you how to come in contact with your triggering moments, like cravings, and loss of motivation, that can cause you to disconnect from your goals.

Come learn how to persevere through your discomforts with compassion, somatic experiencing and intentional decision making. You deserve whatever it is you are looking to achieve this year, so come learn how to stay connected to yourself and your goals regardless of the challenges you may face.

Join us in honoring the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr through community yoga 🧘🏽‍♀️ 🧘🏽‍♂️🧘🏻

We will breathe and move together in the spirit of kindness and unity. Meet some of the inspiring young members of the Beloved Community Leadership Academy of the King Center. The Beloved Community Leadership Academy is the premier youth program of The Martin Luther King Jr. Center for Nonviolent Social Change (The King Center). The program focuses on leadership and character development, entrepreneurship and 21st-century innovation.

This is a donation-based class with proceeds going towards supporting the BCLA at the King Center.

This class is appropriate for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat and water.
