Make sure to speak with your doctor about delayed cord clamping. We can add this to your birth plan as well.

This photo is always worth reposting - shows exactly what an umbilical cord looks like if you leave it alone until all of the precious blood, stem cells and iron are where they belong - inside your baby! Don't clamp and cut straight after birth - be patient.
