♾️ Join Kendall for INFINITY FLOW @ 12 ♾️

Starting slow and gradually moving toward breath to movement repetition, this 5 - 10 pose Infinity Flow moves the body in all directions. Poses are woven together with transitions both funky and familiar. This class is open to everyone, although we recommend a base level knowledge of asana (postures).

Not feeling a flow? Get a deep stretch to feel good going into the weekend!
