We're still riding the high from last week's Leadership Summit! Our team came together for two incredible days of fun, engaging, team-building activities, learning how to be the drivers of our own 'Energy Bus' and setting bold new goals for our company's future. Because when our team grows, the thousands of caregivers and clients we serve every day grow with us. It was truly an unforgettable experience, and we're already looking forward to the next one!

April is National Volunteer Month, and we're not letting it pass without giving our flowers to the ones who show up without being asked.

The individuals who volunteer their time, energy and resources to those who need it most are the backbone of strong, thriving communities. The work you do changes lives in ways that can't always be measured, but are always felt.

We joined PruittHealth for a Lunch and Learn with Grady Health's Care Coordination team to walk through how our two organizations work together to support safe, seamless transitions from hospital to home.

From short-term skilled care post-discharge to long-term support, our goal is to give Grady's team a clear, trusted pathway for their most complex patients, and help reduce readmissions along the way. We're grateful for the collaboration and the conversation!

Seniors are out here living their best lives and Passion to Care believes their health should reflect that. In honor of National Public Health Week, we showed up for a health fair centered around Senior Sexual Wellness.

It's officially National Public Health Week and at Passion to Care, we're taking action!

This year's theme, "Ready, Set, Action," is a call to all of us to do our part in building healthier communities. We're committed to making sure the people we serve have access to the knowledge and resources they need to live their healthiest lives possible.

And we have a lot in store this week! We have some amazing events and content planned all week long, so make sure you're following along and staying tuned, you won't want to miss it!

What a great time we had springing into action with our seniors!

This week, Passion to Care teamed up with PruittHealth, Fulton County Board of Health, and Oak Street Health for a health fair built specifically for Atlanta's senior community; complete with education, resources, and a raffle with prizes.

This fair was focused on raising awareness around the sexual health of our senior populations. STIs in Americans aged 55–64 have more than doubled in the past decade per the CDC. Seniors are often left out of these conversations, so having this open dialogue with them in a fun, engaging way is a major step forward!

We're in the matchmaking business, but not THAT kind! At Passion to Care, our "matchmaking" is all about pairing the right caregiver with the right client, and it's truly an art form. Our Program Manager Taylor Parks, MPH is the mastermind behind every perfect pairing, and she's pulling back the curtain to show us exactly how it's done.

Our Indiana team had a ball today ⛳... golfing for good! We teamed up with CICOA to play a few fun rounds of Topgolf all in an effort to support the non-profit's dementia programs that are actively impacting our senior communities. Until next time!
