This Mudrâ symbolizes sacrifice, giving, receiving, compassion, brotherly love, and sincerity.

⚪️ As in all of nature, there is a fair exchange that takes place for everything.

⚪️ With the one hand we give and with the other we receive.

⚪️ Just as we can give and take with the hands, we can also give and receive energies with our hands.

We have full control over our energy. We are choosing peace and nonviolence today. ❤️✨

What is the crown chakra and what does it have to do with my health??

The crown chakra ( located at the top of the head) is responsible for your thoughts, awareness, wisdom, and your connection to the divine. It is attributed to the brain, nervous system and pineal gland. It both gives and receives the energy of consciousness.

When imbalanced, health issues can occur such as stress, depression, hair loss, headaches, fatigue,and sensitivity to sound and light.

When balanced you’re joyful, connected with source and higher self, self-aware, and have an unshakable trust in your inner guidance.

There are many ways to balance the crown chakra with the most recommended of course being meditation. There’s also yoga, massage therapy, reiki, acupuncture, and even herb’s such as lavender and lotus can help.
