Feeling overwhelmed, drained, or like the noise of the world is just too much? That’s your mind and body asking for rest—and it’s okay to listen. 💙 Disconnecting from social media doesn’t mean you’re missing out; it means you’re choosing YOU, and that’s powerful.

When everything feels too heavy, here are a few gentle reminders:
➡️ You don’t have to be “on” all the time. It’s okay to unplug and let go of the pressure to keep up. Social media will still be here when you’re ready. 📱
