🌟 Journey Into Wisdom 🌟

Each month, I hold a sacred gathering called Journey Into Wisdom — a circle for deep reflection, soul connection, and inner growth.

This month marked our 9th gathering, titled
✨ “Facing Shadows with Courage.” ✨

Every session continues to be transformative — a space where we grow together and awaken to the wisdom within.

This one touched my heart deeply.
One of the questions we explored was:

🌗 How Can I Honor Both My Light and My Shadow as Sacred Parts of the Same Whole? 🌗

💫 My Reflection:
I honor both my light and my shadow by recognizing that they are not in conflict — they are sacred partners in my becoming.
My light reveals what I am capable of.
My shadow shows me what still needs love, truth, and tenderness.

To honor both is to live in acceptance rather than resistance.
The moments I fear, doubt, or fall short are not failures — they are invitations to return home to myself with deeper awareness.

My shadow grounds me and deepens my humanity.
My light reminds me of my divine essence — the unchanging love that flows through every experience.

When I celebrate my joy, I thank my past pain for teaching me peace.
When I face my triggers, I remember that my light is strong enough to hold them.
I no longer divide myself into “healed” or “unhealed.” I am whole — ever-evolving, ever-loved.

🌕 To honor both light and shadow is to walk in sacred balance —
real, radiant, and whole.
My shadow keeps me authentic; my light keeps me hopeful. Together, they make me divine.
