What to expect: old wounds resurfacing to be healed, intense interactions, communication and manifestation heightened, a wide path connecting head and heart, a need for depth/integration, 2nd chances 🌊
What to do: lean into your healing, give yourself grace, be fearless in your truth and bold in your soul needs, focus on that very bottom rung on Maslow’s hierarchy (eat, sleep, safety), set some dang boundaries!!, practice being mindful…it will pass ❤️🩹
What not to do: allow your boundaries to be broken, drastic appearance changes, Netflix and chill your ex. Seriously. Write it down. They are your ex for a reason. 🚫
