With profound sadness, the Faith Medical Services family and our GAPP team share the passing of one of our beloved pediatric clients. A sweet and loving angel, she touched the hearts of everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

Her smile and gentle spirit brought joy to our days, and her presence was a true blessing. Though her time here was far too short, the love and light she shared will forever remain in our hearts.

We extend our deepest condolences to her family, and we join them in cherishing her memory. She will be deeply missed by all of us. 💜✨
