LET’S TALK ! When doing a XO BUTT LIFT I first focus on the clients target area . In this case I had 3 main objectives to get the client the butt she wanted . TOP , HIP DIPS , AND BOTTOM . I fix hip dips too ! 😊 Usually if your working your flutes out too heavily your muscles become more tense than loose therefore leaving your butt more boxed than round .
