Feeling tense or overwhelmed? A 1-minute somatic release can help you shake off stress and reset your nervous system. Try this quick practice:

✨ Step 1: Stand up, plant your feet firmly, and take a deep breath.
✨ Step 2: Shake out your arms, legs, and shoulders—let your body move freely.
✨ Step 3: Unclench your jaw—soften your face, wiggle your jaw side to side, and take a deep breath. You might not even realize you’re holding tension there!
✨ Step 4: Inhale deeply through your nose, exhale with a big sigh or even a loud "ha!"
✨ Step 5: Place your hands over your heart or belly, take one more deep breath, and notice how your body feels.

Somatic exercises help release stored tension, calm the nervous system, and bring you back to the present. Try it now—you deserve a moment of relief! 💙
