✨ Step 1: Stand up, plant your feet firmly, and take a deep breath.
✨ Step 2: Shake out your arms, legs, and shoulders—let your body move freely.
✨ Step 3: Unclench your jaw—soften your face, wiggle your jaw side to side, and take a deep breath. You might not even realize you’re holding tension there!
✨ Step 4: Inhale deeply through your nose, exhale with a big sigh or even a loud "ha!"
✨ Step 5: Place your hands over your heart or belly, take one more deep breath, and notice how your body feels.
