MARK YOUR CALENDARS!
The heels are back on. 👠
The official trailer for The Devil Wears Prada 2 dropped on February 1, 2026, and it’s leaning hard into nostalgia, power, and a fashion world that’s no longer what it used to be.
Meryl Streep returns as Miranda Priestly, now facing a threat she never controlled before, a collapsing print empire in a digital first world. Anne Hathaway and Emily Blunt are back too, with Andy and Emily reunited and very aware of how much they have changed since Runway’s glory days.
The trailer teases sharp dialogue, familiar tension, and plenty of self awareness about aging, relevance, and power in fashion. It also brings back Stanley Tucci as Nigel, grounding the film in the relationships fans loved most.
Directed again by David Frankel and written by Aline Brosh McKenna, the sequel hits theaters May 1, 2026. New faces include Lucy Liu, Kenneth Branagh, Simone Ashley, and Lady Gaga.
Fans are split. Some love the throwback energy. Others say it feels more polished than punchy. But one thing’s clear.
Miranda Priestly is back, and she still doesn’t do apologies.
