Happy Ostara!

The vibe feels charged tonight.
This full moon is releasing a pressure valve the nice and easy way if we allow it.
Fire on the horizon.
Let the body soften in its anticipation rather than clench.
Something is completing itself.
Trust the exhale.
The light knows where it’s going.

RISING INTO THE NEW STORY

Spring doesn’t announce itself. It seeps. The sap rises in the cambium layer before a single bud is visible from the outside. The ground softens from below before it is soft to the touch. This is the kind of rising the equinox models, with a readiness that has been prepared by the dark rather than a grand proclamation.
The new story we are being called into is likely not entirely separate from the old. It is its continuation into greater coherence. What was composting in the winter is now the very nutrition for what rises. To rush into the new story from a place of urgency or relief is to skip the rooting. The roots are the dark. The rising is possible only because the roots hold.
So the practice is not to push toward becoming, but to allow the becoming that is already underway. The nervous system cannot access genuine creativity, genuine vision, genuine new story from a place of activation. It requires what the equinox itself embodies: the capacity to be with opposite forces simultaneously without resolving them prematurely, until something genuinely new, something neither light nor dark alone could have generated, arises from the middle.
Rise slowly. Rise the way the sun rises today: exactly on time, without effort, from below.

Pain asks to be heard, not carried forever. It shaped who we were, but it doesn’t have to decide who we become.

When we let the heart witness it, pain stops being just a wound and starts becoming a signal; showing us what matters, what was missing, what wants to live differently through us now.

We don’t grow by pretending it never happened. We grow by letting it change how we choose, how we love, how we move forward.

At some point the question shifts from “Why did this happen to me?” to “Now that I see it clearly… what will I create from here?”

And that’s where the new story begins.

No matter where our natal Saturn points to our individual urge to evolve, it will also remind us of our innate humanity and that we aren’t meant to stay limited within systems and institutions designed to hijack our attention. Reclaiming our power from the places that drain it and drawing our attention inward, back to our own individual natures, it becomes clear that humans are not built to be steeped in so much static noise. Our bodies crave the frequency of birdsong, babbling brooks, the laughter of children and the wind sweeping through trees. Therefore, rest is a form of sacred resistance. In remembering this, Saturn’s deeper medicine reveals itself not as confinement, but as rhythm. The same force that structures our responsibilities also asks us to honor the boundaries of our nervous systems, to step away when the noise grows too loud, to choose presence over endless input. Evolution is not only forged in effort, it is anchored in pause.

So when the signal begins to feel overwhelming, let that be your cue rather than your failure. Step outside. Let your eyes adjust to distance instead of screens, your breath to open air instead of recycled currents. Touch something living. Listen for what exists beyond the manufactured hum.

Because reclaiming your attention is not only an act of awareness, it is an act of return. And sometimes the most Saturnian discipline of all is remembering to unplug long enough to hear your own life again.

Saturn and Neptune are getting on now. More on disembodiment.

02/22/2026

Befriending our natal Saturn can point us directly to our pain, where we are disembodied or bypassing, where some of our greatest strengths are, and how we can best become resourced for the wild ride ahead for humanity.

To consciously evolve the natal Saturn is to move from unconscious law to living wisdom. Where we once operated from fear, rigidity, or inherited authority, we can become the inner architecture of truth.

In a Gnostic sense, Saturn marks the place where the soul mistook structure for sovereignty, where survival patterns hardened into identity, and where the voice of necessity drowned out our voice of knowing.

A conscious evolution of Saturn is not about rejecting limits, rather it is illuminating them from within. As awareness deepens, constraint becomes discernment,
responsibility becomes authorship, and time itself becomes a teacher rather than a taskmaster.

Saturn reveals its higher face in this place; the patient intelligence that shapes matter to serve spirit, the quiet gravity that helps wisdom take form, the boundary that allows consciousness to incarnate without forgetting itself.

Not a force to overcome — a threshold to mature through.

On evolving Saturn. What happens next will permanently change the course of Earth and her inhabitants. We’ve all heard “the light has already won”, and while I fully believe that, the quality of the future humanity that won, still depends on the version of us NOW that decided to move forward differently from this point on.

Ways to consciously evolve your Saturn placement

1. Show up where you tend to avoid responsibility. Consistent, small acts of accountability transform Saturn more than big pushes.

2. Create supportive structure, not rigid control. Ask what systems, boundaries, or routines would sustain growth rather than restrict it.

3. Honor slow timing Saturn matures through patience, repetition, and long-term effort — not urgency.

4. Cultivate inner authority. Let confidence come from lived experience, not external validation or defensiveness.

5. Turn shame into wisdom.
The places that feel heavy often hold your deepest lessons and eventual gifts.

6. Commit for the long haul
Choose steady devotion over intensity; Saturn rewards endurance.

7. Ground it in the physical world Care for your body, resources, and routines — Saturn evolves through embodiment.

In the words of Mary Oliver, “Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”

In this season of my own life, I intend to soften into even more acceptance and allowance of myself—to release the old urge to fix, perfect, or prove. I want to meet every part of me with a gentler gaze, to let the fullness of who I am be enough. And from that softened space, I plan to turn up the volume and dance with her—the self that has waited patiently beneath layers of restraint and self-judgment. To move in rhythm with my own becoming, to live unapologetically, joyfully, and wildly present.
