So it’s reflection time…sorry I’m so late but the month of May was very busy and hectic with a lot going on with 2 sons graduation, our oldest from high school and our youngest from middle school so now that everything has slowed down at least for now I can really reflect on everything and say we are so happy and overjoyed with our kids from the moment you guys entered our lives as a babies it has been a rollover coaster that never stops or slowed down but it’s moments like this that make us understand why we do what we do!!! We are so proud of the young man we have raised and excited for your future. We are so confident that you will go far in life and be successful and we have no doubt that you will conquer this next step of college life but always remember we will always be here for you through the good the bad the ups and the downs because that’s what DADS are for CONGRATULATIONS .23 we love you!!!! From your two dads!!!

Many of you might know that on Friday, November 1st I was in a really terrible car accident where I was hospitalized and have been hospitalized ever since. I broke and fractured several bones in my body and had to have surgery to repair my broken leg and hip. I am still in a lot of pain but I am recovering and soon I will be transferred to the rehab center for physical therapy. Through all this I am grateful and thankful to God for allowing me another chance at life and I really want to thank everyone for all of their strong prayers and encouragement that really means a lot to me. Your favorite esthetician will be down and out for a little while but I will be back better than ever so to all my clients, friends and supporters continue to support Clinical Aesthetics of Atlanta I will have something very special to offer when I return…stay tuned and continue to support me through my journey!!!

Now is a man I truly respect and seen his work in my life time as a black male child born and raised in Atlanta. This was 1 I man I looked at & up to and a few others as well. His work Andrew Young, John Lewis, Maynard Jackson Hermann, J. Russell & could relate to culture was… they where black mens whose work growth and impact on our community I saw and admire I was just in aww of how they had a voice and gave me a voice and a blueprint on life didn’t understand then but know as a 40+ black man I get it. I will never forget the knowledge and lessons of this man and others I received from afar it actually shaped my life.  so Thank You Honorable Marvin Stephens Arrington Sr. I received your messages even on the judges bench more powerful then city council to me I was in awe of your greatness. Peace
