"I, Venetta Mwengella, am committed to realizing my dream of using my foundation in partnership with the Council for Mental Wellbeing to certify 365 adults in Mental Health First Aid by the end of 2023. Through this initiative, I aim to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals feel comfortable discussing mental health issues and can receive the necessary help and support. I believe that by empowering more individuals with the knowledge and skills to recognize and respond to mental health challenges, we can help to reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness and improve the overall well-being of our communities."

Dear Mental Health First Aid Graduates,
I hope this message finds you all doing well. I wanted to create this Facebook community to keep us connected and continue to support each other in our mental health first aid journey.
As graduates of the mental health first aid program, we have learned important skills and knowledge to help individuals experiencing mental health problems. But our learning doesn't stop there. We can continue to grow and improve by sharing our experiences, resources, and insights.
This community is a space where we can come together to share our triumphs and challenges, ask questions, and provide support. Let's use this platform to network, collaborate, and inspire each other to make a difference in our communities.
I encourage you to post any mental health-related news, articles, or events that you come across. Also, feel free to share your personal experiences, ask questions, and offer your insights and advice. Let's keep the conversation going and create a supportive and inclusive community.
