This month we focus on mental wellness through yoga, sound, and breath to bring balance, calm, and clarity.
Here’s what’s on the calendar:
💫 Black Light Flow | Fri, Oct 24 | Led by Galen | A smooth vinyasa flow under black lights with glow sticks, music, and movement that glows. Wear light or neon and flow in the dark.
🌀 Sunday Sound | Sun, Oct 26 | Evening sound bath with Megan | A soothing sound experience to release tension, restore balance, and prepare for the week ahead. Blankets and pillows are first come, first served—feel free to bring your own for extra comfort.
