“Of all the treatment centers I’ve been to, this is the one that helped me truly face my issues.” 💚

We are deeply grateful to walk alongside individuals who are doing the hard, courageous work of healing. Recovery is not linear, and it is never one-size-fits-all. Care should meet people where they are, honor their full experience, and support what they need to move forward.

To anyone considering taking the next step, you are not alone. Support exists, and change is possible.

One of the most common myths about recovery is that someone has to reach a breaking point before seeking support.

The truth is that care can begin at many different stages. Early support can reduce harm, increase stability, and create more options for healing.

Recovery does not require crisis to be valid. Support is allowed to be preventative, compassionate, and individualized.

Blog Highlight: ARFID (Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder)

ARFID is often misunderstood and frequently missed. It is not about body image, weight loss, or dieting, yet it can have serious physical and emotional impacts.
Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder can show up as intense sensory sensitivities, fear around eating, limited food variety, or avoidance tied to past experiences. Because it does not always fit common eating disorder stereotypes, many individuals struggle for years without proper support.

Our latest blog breaks down what ARFID is, how it presents, and why accurate understanding matters for effective, compassionate care.

If you are a clinician, caregiver, or someone seeking clarity, this is an important read.

Revelare comes from the Latin word meaning “to unveil” or “to reveal.”

This name reflects our mission.
To help women peel back the layers of trauma, shame, and survival coping…and reveal the strong, whole, authentic self that has always been there.

Healing is not about becoming someone new.
It is about remembering who you are. 💜

💬 “I came in hoping to get on the right medication regimen, and I absolutely got that. But what I didn’t expect was the incredible support I received in other areas, like impulse control and emotional regulation. The therapists here are phenomenal. They genuinely care about you as a person, not just as a client. You can feel their dedication, and it’s clear they want nothing but the best for you.”

Healing happens when care goes beyond treatment...when compassion, connection, and expertise come together. 🌿

We’re honored to walk beside every woman who chooses Revelare Recovery on her journey to healing. 💜

The holidays can be beautiful, but they can also bring stress, overwhelm, and emotional triggers. 🌿

Here are five grounding practices that can help you stay centered and calm this season:

1️⃣ Deep Breathing: slow, intentional breaths help lower stress hormones and bring your body back into balance.
2️⃣ 5–4–3–2–1 Sensory Check: notice 5 things you see, 4 you can touch, 3 you hear, 2 you smell, and 1 you taste. It’s a quick way to return to the present moment.
3️⃣ Gentle Movement : stretch, walk, or move your body in any way that feels good. Movement releases tension and helps regulate emotions.
4️⃣ Journaling: writing your thoughts can clear mental clutter and bring perspective.
5️⃣ Connection: reach out to someone you trust. Sometimes the most healing thing we can do is remind ourselves we’re not alone. 💜

Small, mindful moments add up to big shifts in peace and presence.
