American College of Board Certified Attorneys (ACBCA) is a professional organization for attorneys who have been board certified by a recognized accrediting organization. The ACBCA supports activities to identify and recognize those attorneys who have met or exceeded rigorous certification standards relating to their area of practice. We seek to communicate and promote the importance of board certification to the profession and the public. ACBCA currently operates two websites: These are ACBCAttorney.org, a web portal directed towards attorneys, and Certifiedlawyer.com, a web portal for the public to locate and access information about board certified attorneys, so meaningful and informed decisions can be made when identifying and selecting the most experienced counsel.
