Spotlight Friday: Welcoming Sandy's Spring Operations Manager - Trenity Coleman

I began my career in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) field in 2019 as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I developed a strong foundation in client-centered care and evidence-based intervention. I later advanced into the role of ABA Trainer, where I trained, mentored, and supported new hires in obtaining their RBT certification, ensuring clinical excellence and consistency across teams.
As my leadership responsibilities expanded, I transitioned into management, contributing to clinic operations, staff coordination, performance management, and workflow efficiency. With over seven years of experience in ABA therapy, I bring a comprehensive understanding of clinical practice, operational effectiveness, and organizational leadership.
I am deeply passionate about advocating for individuals with autism and their families and committed to fostering supportive, inclusive, and high-performing environments that promote meaningful outcomes for both clients and staff.
