Congratulations to Doug Towns, Guardian’s senior vice president, general counsel and senior compliance officer, on being named board chair for Angel Flight Soars, Inc.. What started as a passion for flying has grown into years of dedicated service, from volunteer pilot to board leadership, all in support of a mission that ensures no one is denied medical care due to travel barriers.

With a network of more than 1,600 volunteer pilots, Angel Flight Soars provides free flights for patients needing access to treatment, delivering not just transportation but hope and the chance for healing when it matters most. Doug’s leadership will help expand the organization’s reach, connecting more patients, pilots, and supporters to this life-changing mission.
