Postpartum is more than a season, it’s a full mind, body, and identity shift.

There can be joy and gratitude… and also exhaustion, grief, overwhelm, anxiety, and loneliness. Both can be true.

Healing after birth is not linear, and there is no “right” way to move through it. Slowing down, asking for help, and giving yourself compassion are part of the process, not signs of failure.

You were never meant to do this alone. Support matters. Therapy can be a space to feel grounded, understood, and cared for while you navigate this new chapter.

If you’re in your postpartum season, let this be your reminder: you are doing enough, and you deserve support too. 📧info@keycounselingatl.com

Hypnotherapy is not mind control, it’s a guided therapeutic process that helps you access deeper patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses that may be keeping you stuck.

It can support healing around anxiety, trauma, stress, self-esteem, habits, and emotional regulation by helping you work with both the conscious and subconscious mind.

When you feel like you understand the problem but still can’t seem to shift it, hypnotherapy can help create deeper change.

Ashley Williamson, LMSW, offers hypnotherapy with a warm, grounded, trauma-informed approach, helping clients feel safe, supported, and empowered throughout the process.

You can be doing everything “right” and still not feel okay.

Showing up.
Being productive.
Holding it together for everyone else.

And underneath…
feeling disconnected, exhausted, or alone.

If this resonates, nothing is wrong with you.
Your nervous system might be overwhelmed.
Your emotional needs might be unmet.
Your system might be asking for support, not more pressure.

You don’t have to keep carrying this by yourself.

Reach out for a consultation call by phone or email. Support is here when you’re ready.

If this found you, it might be for a reason.

Perimenopause can bring changes that feel confusing, overwhelming, or hard to put into words. You don’t have to navigate it alone.

Our Navigating Perimenopause support group, led by Aven Barbosa, is a space to slow down, feel supported, and better understand what your mind and body are going through.

This group offers both emotional support and practical tools for things like mood changes, sleep, identity shifts, and overall wellbeing.

You deserve care, clarity, and connection in this season.

Connection doesn’t always come from big, planned moments.
It’s often built in the small, everyday ones.

A quick check-in.
A shared laugh.
Sitting together for a few extra minutes.
Reaching for each other, even when life feels busy.

With Nicole Del Vecchio, couples often explore how these small moments of connection can rebuild closeness over time. It’s not about doing everything perfectly, it’s about showing up consistently.

A gentle reminder:
You don’t have to carry everything for everyone.

Overfunctioning can feel like love, responsibility, or even safety, but it often comes at the cost of your own needs, rest, and sense of self.

You’re allowed to pause.
You’re allowed to have limits.
You’re allowed to take care of yourself, too.

Caring deeply doesn’t mean carrying everything.

We love partnering with schools to support student mental health 🤍

Creating space for honest conversations, education, and connection can make a lasting impact, not just in the moment, but in how students understand themselves moving forward.

We’re grateful for opportunities to come alongside schools, listen to students, and help normalize conversations around mental health.

If your school is interested in partnering for workshops, presentations, or mental health support, we’d love to connect.

Neurodivergence can look like big emotions, deep focus, sensory sensitivities, or challenges with executive functioning. It can also mean creativity, insight, and unique ways of connecting.

For many people, the hardest part isn’t their brain, it’s navigating a world that wasn’t built with them in mind.

Understanding your nervous system, your patterns, and your needs can be a powerful step toward self-trust and self-compassion.

You are not “too much” or “not enough.” You are different, and that difference is valid.

Rebuilding trust after betrayal is a full body process - not simply just trying to “move on”

Your heart is grieving.
Your mind is trying to make sense of what happened.
Your nervous system is learning what’s safe again.
All of it matters.

Healing might look like feeling multiple emotions at once, questioning old beliefs, or noticing how your body responds in relationships. None of that means you’re doing it wrong. It means you’re processing something that mattered.

Trust isn’t rebuilt overnight. It’s rebuilt in small, consistent moments with yourself first.

If you’re navigating betrayal, you don’t have to do it alone. Support is here when you’re ready.
