Client: I’ve been doing good THIS week but… Well, how much were you eating? Swipe 👈🏾 To see 3 Days worth of food for me!
Client: Oh I’m not about to eat that much!!
Me: Well you don’t REALLY want to grow then 😂🤣
Now granted I was competing on a high level but my goals were S.M.A.R.T. Specific- Measurable- Attainable- realistic and timely! But most importantly I had the discipline to continue to chase my goals even when I didn’t feel like it. I tell people all the time, I can guide you but I can’t do the work for you!!!
