The most common meaning of "Delta" is a difference or change in something. It's about transformation - keeping, gaining or restoring strength, balance, coordination, and confidence, which is established mentally first, and then experienced physically. This page and all content is to help you discover your personal approach to living life on two planes of existence: mental and physical. It's important for everyone to adapt their mental approach as they age to cope with any physical challenges. Regardless of where we are in life, the goal is to stay active and take charge of our mental well-being to support our physical health and participation in life. We should work on taking care of our physical health every day. The Delta Method is designed to help you discover your own unique method of "Delta" by facilitating the discovery of YOUR approach to personal transformation. What is your current approach to making changes in order to achieve your life goals? What stage of life are you currently in? Prolonged periods of physical inactivity can affect you in ways that may only be noticeable once you become active again. We can lose the connection between our minds and bodies without realizing it. How we experience our bodies later in life is directly linked to our mental state in our younger years. A youthful thirty-eight-year-old may have difficulty imagining what it feels like to lose balance, while a sixty-eight-year-old may know from experience. These two age groups represent different life stages, each offering unique experiences. It's essential to prepare in our younger years for the unforeseen future that comes with age. The Delta Method is no longer a physical location in Atlanta, GA, but an online service dedicated to helping individuals establish or restore their mental and physical well-being, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives. Our Story

We specialize in the needs of adults over 40. Restore balance, coordination and confidence as you regain your strength. No matter where you are in life, you can always get active again and take control of your health. What season of life are you in? Long periods of physical inactivity can impact you in ways that are not noticeable until you start moving again. We lose the mind body connection without knowing it. A youthful, thirty-eight year old may find it difficult to imagine what a loss in balance feels like, but a sixty-eight year old may know from first-hand experience. These two age groups represent different seasons in life. What matters most to each of them, is very different as well. Our exercise approach is specific to what is important to each individual. We are affordable! The setting is private, unique and comfortable. Our brand of exercise, The Delta Method, restores movement, balance and confidence to anyone. Each session ends with area specific body massage. We help you restore confidence, improve functionality, and maintain your health with each session tailored to the needs of the moment, while keeping the long term goals in mind. You will leave feeling refreshed, not beat up! We offer you an opportunity to understand why we say, "Change is Now!" As you strengthen your body, you feel more confidence, more power. Our coaching method enables you to claim your personal power and your inner strength as well. The focus is on each client individually. This studio is by appointment only and is one-on-one and small group (4 person limit). Services include training, nutrition, massage, life coaching and is focused on the "whole person" complete; body, mind and spirit. It is a comfortable, 1100 square foot space with custom-built equipment that you can have all to yourself or with a small group of friends. Easily scheduled online, no contracts or membership fees. This is not your typical gym experience. Located in the Midtown/Buckhead area.
