Throughout the past 25 years we have been building Nursing Homes,Asst. The long term care facilities have prioritized Feeding,Bathing, and changing their diapers and laying them down & getting them up on time for the oncoming shift.We have missed an important factor of making them feel a since of belonging, a sense of looking forward to tomorrow.Elderly matters mission is to involve as many of our geriatric population in an intern position of their past lives Dream Career. Giving them a continued reason for feeling as though they matter,because they do.
