Our style of yoga is unique, combining vigorous power vinyasa, creative movement, and mindfulness practices to challenge you in all the right ways. Saturday was something special. 💗

We loved hosting our Girls on the Run GA x Highland Yoga Group Run + Deep Stretch & Sound Bath at our Memorial studio. From the group run to the deep stretch and sound bath, the energy, connection, and support in the room was incredible.

Even more meaningful — all proceeds from the event are being donated to Girls on the Run Georgia, supporting a program that empowers young girls through movement, confidence, and community.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, ran, stretched, and supported such an amazing cause with us. We’re so grateful to be part of a community that continues to show up for one another. ✨

Buckhead Community Update 🧘‍♀️

Due to flooding that occurred last night, we’ve had to cancel all remaining classes at our current Buckhead studio. The safety of our community and team is always our top priority.

The good news ✨ Our new Buckhead studio will be opening next weekend, and we’re so excited to welcome you into the new space very soon.
