I have so many thoughts about what’s happening in the global Ashtanga community that I don’t even know where to begin. One thing I know is that I have really struggled finding my usual enthusiasm for a strong practice but I’m slowly, but surely, working my way back. Anyone else feeling a shift?

Happy Monday! Did you practice? I have a Primary Series Master Class coming up on August 23rd from 7-9:30am. The class will be filled with great information and pointers and they will all come as we practice the series together. Practicing in this way will help you to assimilate the new knowledge directly into your practice. It will be intense and so much fun. Coat is $45 and limited to 10 students. Always talking to myself. 😂 Did you practice today? I did my whole practice which is currently all of 2nd and the first 3 of third. 🥵 Feels so good to have the whole set complete nice and early. Loved seeing my girls practicing in the second batch today. This week in Miami has been so much fun. The shala energy is wonderful. There are so many dedicated practitioners and everyone is working so hard. It is inspiring. Today, with some gentle nudging, I made my way back into 3rd series. Depending on how I feel tomorrow, I’ll forge ahead or do primary series. 😏😂. Seize the moment or save myself? Time will tell.
