Today, We focus on Self. What do you personally need to be your best. Sometimes, what we need comes from within. Have you forgiven yourself? Have you forgiven yourself for those poor choices you have made over the years?

Choice an attribute that we were given by the divine. The choices we make can be for our benefit or our demise. Nothing happens by chance; it is the result of previous choices that we made. This is discussed in multiple religions as:

💫Middah k'neged middah

Choice is based on our mental state and how we have learned or been conditioned to handle situations. Acknowledge those things that have been working for you and those things are no longer working for you. CHOOSE to keep what works and learn better ways to handled situations that you realize pull on parts of you that will not serve the new you in the future.

Walking in your purpose and authentically showing up as yourself is the best thing you can do for yourself. This allows you to know those that support and love the true you. Everyone doesn't get to see you at your most vulnerable and most authentic. Let these moments provide you with insights on your environment and those around you. Protect your peace by finding those that you can be yourself with in all situations and not worry if they will misunderstand you or hurt you as a result. Find your tribe!

It is your responsibility to ensure that the conversation that you are having internally in positive and productive. Your thoughts can support or sabotage your goals. When manifesting your mind is your most powerful tool. Myths that you may need to overcome:
🤔 You have to see the results to know if you are making progress
🤔 You should have a time limit on when you expect to see results
🤔 Doing what is in your personal best interest will be easy
🤔 Those that care about you will understand and agree with your decisions and choices

BECOMING is not for the weak, nor is it a journey that will be applauded; but in the end the goal is your personal growth and happiness in life. Strive to be you, the best version of you.
