Race morning fun. The competitors are all off for their 42, 60 and 100 mile gravel races. Best of luck to all.

Waterfront Triathlon this morning. Great group out. Finished top 10 female and 1st age group. Horrible swim for me as usual. Dropped a chain crossing railroad tracks. Otherwise I was set to improve my time from last year a bit more. Found out after 2nd and third place was 30 and 31 seconds behind me. 😳 Just keep going is a discipline that needs training.
