Tips from your Skincare Pro on surviving & thriving 💩 times.

Life gets messy sometimes. We all need tools in our toolbox to support us when things go sideways.

I would say that I’ve been pretty lucky in business and that I haven’t had to deal with much drama or negativity.
That’s not to say I haven’t had my fair share of lying, theft, and of course the occasional power outage or software crash that gives you a few gray hairs and takes a year off your life. Lol.
Last summer we had a major worst day moment. My biggest business challenge yet.
Being a woman in business means that I not only run my business, thoroughly and intentionally, but I also put my 💗 into it. Putting your heart so deeply into something does leave you vulnerable to be hurt and that phrase “it’s just business” really doesn’t click with me.
It’s not just Business! It’s my passion. It’s my dream to help others and I’m so thankful, fortunate & lucky to do so every single day.

tips and tricks that helped me survive & thrive:
-Facials! just kidding but not really. Lots of pampering & self care definitely helps in tough times!
-Your tribe is everything!
-journal, walk, share, cry, pray. Do all the things so that you aren’t holding on to the hurt and negativity
-fully focus and give 100% to what really matters, to what lights you up.
-eat cake! We aren’t robots after all, it’s ok to have a treat especially when times are tough.

Having the solid foundation of years upon years of history as a business owner, serving others, and countless positive reviews and referrals gave me something pretty powerful to stand strong on.
