Anyone who comes out later in life is just as valid as a person who asserts their sexuality in their teens or twenties. Random acts of kindness are the best acts of kindness. Besides making the world a better place, being kind also makes YOU feel better.

Try it today. Take your best friend to lunch or coffee for no reason. Hold a door open for a stranger. Hold space for someone who could use a friendly ear. Give to a charitable organization that works on something you're passionate about. The opportunities for kindness are endless!
